Here is the finished version on the girl I drew...I don't like the hand at all, but that was the best I could come up with. I did play around with Photoshop CS3 as well.

Well I tried to do some Fan Art of Someday's Dreamers but umm yeah it took a turn and well yup this is what it came out like. The jacket is the only thing that came out anything like what the cover looks like, but yet so very different...the rest was all me.

Yup I found the Filters in PS :)

Filters are fun! Especially when you start to combine them and make glorious messes <3

Yeah, it's super confusing, I mainly just use it for finishing touches and saving just because of that xD

Yeah, I am determined to master it...or well at least try harder at it...it would help if I had a tablet instead of a mouse, but what can ya do :)
